PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Primary teachers play a crucial role in developing a child's social skills, emotional resilience, and self-confidence. They assist students in building positive relationships with their peers, managing their emotions, and overcoming challenges. Their influence is instrumental in shaping a child's career development and life aspirations.

When the program is running, the engagement level of the students is high, and they aspire to develop knowledge and skills around their passions and how their passions can become a career

  • gain the skills needed to implement the Passions & Pathways Program

  • understand how program activities can be embedded into classroom planning

  • understand their role as an influencer in a students career aspirations

  • consider their own unconscious and conscious bias when implementing career related lessons
