Crystal has wanted to work with children, as a child wanting to be a kindergarten teacher. She loves working with children on their learning journey and attributes her bubbly personality to her success. works in the early childcare and learning industry.

What made you decide to pursue a career in early childhood?
Growing up I wanted to be a kindergarten teacher. I worked at a dance school and knew I loved teaching.
What subjects did you study at school?
I completed year 12 and then studied a Bachelor of Early Childhood at La Trobe University.
Whatβs been your career progression at work?
Over the years, I have worked my way up; starting as a relief educator then team teaching, teacher, nominated supervisor/educational leader and now early years advisor.
